SII Scholarship at VIT
Undergraduate applicants may get up to three years of full funding opportunities from the government of India if they qualify for SII Scholarship. For the four years of undergraduate courses, SII Scholarship holders may require to pay for the final year as per the university norms. In some cases, where the yearly tuition fee is higher than USD$ 3200; the applicant will have to pay the balance amount to the university. In such a case, the decision of the university is final. 

Postgraduate applicants may get two years of full funding opportunities from the government of India if they qualify for SII Scholarship. In some cases, where the yearly tuition fee is higher than USD$ 3200; the applicant may require to pay the balance amount to the university. In such a case, the decision of the university is final.

• To apply register at https://studyinindia.gov.in/admission/registrations 
• After registration, the applicant will receive an activation email to their registered email account
• Check your email and click on activate your account 
• Once activation is done log in to: https://studyinindia.gov.in/admission/login using your ID and password
• Fill up the Basic Information Page and click on next 
• Fill up the academic information page and click on next 
• Fill up the choice filling option very carefully and select a course that is available at Vellore Institute of Technology and also keep Vellore Institute of Technology as the first choice.
